Refund policy

 

RETURNS & DAMAGED GOODS

At Miraal, we take great care and responsibility for the level of quality and authenticity of our products.

In the unlikely scenario that your item is damaged, you should email us at miraalbymaria@gmail.com to notify us of the return as soon as possible once receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

We require the following:

  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 7 days of the delivery of the order.
  2. The item(s) must be in its original packaging. 
  3. You must provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition of the jewellery.

Please read below to see which items can be returned as some restrictions apply due to hygiene reasons. A full refund will be provided once we receive the items. 

Items eligible for return:

  • Damage occurs during shipment. 

Items not eligible for return:

  • The item does not fit you (details on sizing are provided in the description of the product). 
  • Items on final sale or clearance.
  • In the event of a customer's change of mind.
  • If the items don't suit you.
  • The product is damaged as a result of wear and tear. 

Kindly note: You may be liable for shipping for exchanging a product. We will let you know by email.

 

PRODUCTS ON SALE

All sales items are FINAL SALE and no exchange will be accepted. Please be careful during your selection, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that are on sale.

NOTE: Returns will not include the shipping fee if you paid for shipping.

 

BANGLE EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for our glass and metal bangles.

Please ensure you check your bangle size using the bangle size chart provided. If you are having trouble finding your bangle size or the right colour of bangle please contact us by email at miraalbymaria@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to help you.

 

REFUND

Once we’ve received your returned item, we will automatically refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at miraalbymaria@gmail.com.

 

CANCELLING ORDER

Please notify us within 24hours of making your order if you wish to cancel the purchase. If your order has not been sent we can honour this request.

We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.

If you require further information on a product before purchasing please email us. 

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
