At MIRAAL, we work hard to prepare and deliver your order promptly so it arrives to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be processed within 1-2 days of purchase. If you order is urgent, please select express shipping at checkout to ensure your items arrive to you as soon as possible.
Kindly note that during peak periods due to sale or festive season same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.
If ready stock is available, your order will be dispatched immediately; for items that are "Out of Stock" your order will be considered as a pre-order and it may take up to 20 days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia. Shipping within Australia will have a flat rate, as seen below:

Please note: These times are estimates only, as shipping can be delayed due to weather and other circumstances.
Once your order has been processed with Australia Post it is out of our control on the delivery time. We will not process refunds for late or delayed orders by Australia Post.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your parcel is collected and scanned into the corresponding depot, you will be emailed your tracking number. If you are unable to find your email from the relative shipping couriers, please check your junk mail or alternatively contact us at miraalbymaria@gmail.com
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control.
RETURNED PARCELS
Returned parcels that are sent back to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or refusal to pay import duties will incur a restocking fee. In addition, the cost of the return shipping charged to us by the courier will be deducted from your refund. These fees cover the handling, processing, and restocking of the item once it is received back at our warehouse.
STOLEN PARCELS
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. MIRAAL is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
DAMAGED PARCELS
Each order is carefully packed carefully before shipment. MIRAAL is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
MIRAAL is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES
It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order, unless otherwise stated in the table above.
MIRAAL will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
